Yes. Choose "Pay on arrival" at checkout and settle at the pickup desk by card or cash.

You can cancel online any time with your reservation number and email. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before pickup. Between 14 days and 72 hours before pickup a 50% fee applies, and cancellations within the last 72 hours are non-refundable. No-shows may be charged the full booking value. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. To change dates or the car, contact us and we’ll rearrange it.

If you pay online, immediately — your booking is then fully prepaid. If you choose pay on arrival, nothing is charged until pickup.

Check spam first; then contact us with your name and pickup date and we'll resend your voucher.

It depends on your protection choice. Basic and Medium Protect carry an excess that may require a hold at pickup; choosing Total Protect means there's no excess to secure.

Call the number in your rental contract immediately. For accidents: get a police report first, then contact us. Damage handling depends on your protection tier — Total Protect covers bodywork, glass, tyres and undercarriage.
