Booking details (pickup/drop-off location, dates, selected vehicle), contact information (name, email, phone), the driver’s licence and ID or passport details needed to prepare the Rental Agreement, payment confirmation data for your reservation, and basic usage data needed to operate the site.

Why we collect it

To fulfil your reservation and the Rental Agreement, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a car rental company, and to communicate with you about your booking.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil a booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only where necessary to process your booking and payment, or where required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@rentacarmomo.al.
